2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Edition Tire Problem?

Driving down the high way the car and steering wheel shakes. Ive taken it to many auto repair places and no one can find the problem. Could it be that the tire justs needs to be replaced. If anyone has any suggestions just hit me up. And the heater went up in the car, but the ac works, any ideas on that as well.
 
It may not be a problem with the tires, I would look at a brake rotor as being the cause. If the rotors are warped, they can cause the wheels to shake. as far as the heater, you may need a new heater core. also the blend door, (The door that selects hot or cold) may not be working correctly.
