2001 Jeep Cherokee Low Idle?

I have a 2001 Jeep Cherokee w/ ~114000 miles on it. I has recently started idling low (when I come to a complete stop) & will eventually cut off. I have replaced the air filter & used a fuel system cleaner but it hasn't seemed to help much. Sometimes it's a problem & sometimes it runs normally; there doesn't seem to be any pattern.

Anyone got an idea as to what might be wrong?
