I looked at an 01 CR-V yesterday (had a car accident, have to get a car soon) Manual, AWD, with 90K. The dealer is asking $8900 which I think is way too much. I have looked up the value online and I have gotten any where from $7K to over $8K. Any advice on what I should offer if I want this car? Does anyone have any experience with this car/owned one?

Oh yeah I also have $3K to put down, but I want to negotiate the price before I let the dealer even know that.
