2001 Honda Accord intermittent starting problem?

so last week my moms 2001 accord would not start. until I beat on the fuel tank from above. than it started so I thought it was the fuel pump so I replaced that. it drove fine all week but yesterday morning it would not start. until it sat over night and it started this morning.

both times it had sat over night in the driveway and it rained both nights (also rained last night but it started)

I pulled one of the spark pugs when it would not start and put it on the block and it had spark

all I know about the engine is its a 4 cylinder and its a manual transmission

any one have any ideas. Thank you for your time.
 
unplug the negative battery cable to reset the ecu and see if u get codes for possibly a sensor or regulator- like fps, fuel pump relay, injector sticking, etc.
