2001 ford taurus heating problem?

Hello! :D

I love my Taurus so much! :D but apparently it doesn't love me that much :(
here's why:
I bought it in summer, and its been my commuter to school and everywhere else since, so winter came, and I tried to turn the heat on, but no heat.
it blows cold air.
I will list the things I did to see if it is the problem:

1- flushed coolant, installed bleed valve to check if there was an air pocket that's causing the problem, no air pockets, coolant level is always constant, no need to add.
2- opened inlet and outlet pipes to heater core, blew in it with my mouth and coolant came gushing through the outlet pipe, in other words heater core isn't blocked.
3- engine does not over heat, or opposite, it reached the temperature in the middle between hot and cold and stays there after few minutes of driving.
4- opened blend door actuator, it appears that it doesn't work since when I turn heat on or off, it does not operate, I took it out, moved the vent manually and returned the blend door actuator in that position so its open all the time, the air became a little bit warm but not fully (like working 5% of what it should be like)
5- the air compressor for the air conditioning isn't there, could that affect the heat?

anyways, I drive 50 miles a day (back and forth 100) to school, so winter is coming and I guess I'm going to freeze to death if my Taurus doesn't have mercy on me.
PLEASE HELP I"M ON THE VERGE OF GETTING A SLEDGE HAMMER AND DESTROYING MY TAURUS THAT I LOVE SO MUCH
