I have replaced the wires, plugs and coil pack. It hesitates and has minor backfires on acceleration. Engine was throwing back a P0301 code for misfire in cylinder 1. Injectors are all operational (did the screwdriver listening trick), and have put Sea Foam in both the oil and gas to unclog any possible stuck valve or gunk in the injectors. I've cleaned the Idle Air Control and the Mass Airflow Sensor. They're fine.
What's my next step? (Don't bother answering if you're going to say "go to a certified technician". If I had the money for that, I wouldn't be asking about it here. I'd just go.)
