2001 Ford Ranger Side Marker Lights. How to replace?

Could anyone give me a couple details on how to replace one of the front lights on a 2001 ford ranger? I'm not quite certain about what they're called, and i've tried searching for the answer myself as well. Alas, I couldn't find any instructions nor what the lights were called. The lights are on the outer sides at the front, the yellow ones.

Please and thank you for any help you can give me on how to replace the bulbs. And i've already gone to buy the light bulbs i need.
 
The lamps you are describing are indeed the side markers. You will need to remove the turn signal lenses in order to remove the side markers.
The turn signals lenses are just below the headlamps.
Look in the gap between the bumper and the lenses and you will see phillips head screws securing the lenses
