I just replaced the Blower Motor Resistor on my 2001 Ford Focus SE Wagon.
Now, after replacing this resistor, the blower motor works on 1, 2 &3, BUT NOT 4. Originally, the resistor was shorted and it would only blow on 3, NOT 1, 2, or 4. And after replacing the RESISTOR the only speed the fan doesn't work on is number 4. Not a big deal but I would like to know if this means bigger problems in the future. Or if its a cheap fix right now.
