...and condensor? The refrigerant line that runs from the compressor to the accumulator was damaged when it was pushed into the drive belt and wore a hole in it. To replace that line I also have to replace the refrigerant line that runs from the compressor to the condensor. Because they are both attached where they bolt onto the compressor.
I don't suppose you can have a high pressure line repaired verses having to replace both the lines that come off the compressor?
My other problem is trying to find replacment refrigerant lines. I guess ford has changed the fitting that runs to the accumulator, so now you also have to also change out the accumulator in order to change out the refrigerant lines.
Any advice on how to fix this problem without spending so much money?
