2001 Ford F150 idles off while driveing.?

I have a 2001 F150 with a 5.4 V8 and when I'm driveing down the road the idle is jumpy and in the lower RPMs the truck shakes. It has brand new spark plugs in it and has been running fine since I put them in... until now. It doesn't stall or seem like it wants to and in park it idles fine. No check engin light comes on either. Any suggestions would help out a lot. Thanks
