2001 Dodge Ram obd2 code P1038 (Park/neutral line). What is this?

I threw a code on my way home. The code is P1038 Park neutral line. Does anyone know what this code is telling me. And possibly how to fix it?

im not positive on this one but check the neutral safety switch on it,good luck.
