2001 dodge ram 1500 engine problem..im a girl dont know about cars :/?

Ever since i got the truck from my dad it has been having trouble. When i drive on the highway its fine but when i make to many stops or drive 45 or less it starts to slowe down and hesistates like its not pickin up enough gas. I press on the peddle it goes all the way down adn sometimes it will start to go but usually just wont so i would pull over and restart it then it goes again. I got it checked on the computer and nothin showed up . They couldnt figure out what was wrong with it.
 
well i have a 1999 with the 318. fuel pump and filter is one assembly IN THE TANK. its a pain to replace, but it sounds like you may have a weak pump or plugged filter, also when was the last time you changed your O2 sensor? mine only has one just behind the converter and isn't bad to get to at all. I would start there first. Its about 50 bucks for the sensor, but it beats the heck out of the 195 bucks i spent on the fuel pump.
 
Short stop and go runs, drive the computer crazy, because it doesn't go into a closed loop or full operational cycle. It sounds like you may be getting a "flood type" condition, because it never gets really warm. Boot it a bit kiddo..good luck
