N NEA03 New member Jul 3, 2009 #1 what this could be? My Caravan is a 3.3L V6 Flex Fuel with approximately 145,000 miles on it. When the vehicle is in Drive or Reverse, it will run fine (2-3mph). As soon as I hit the accelerator, the van stalls out completely.
