2001 dodge grand caravan heater blower?

okay we have a problem. We are trying to change the heater blower on our van and we can't get the cover off. We have removed the screws but it is still stuck on there. We removed a total of 4 screws. Help!!!
we have tried prying and pulling and can get it half way down. it seems to be sticking in the back near the wheel well. We have ended up breaking a piece off by pulling
the autozone diagram looks nothing like ours. Ours has a module on the bottom of it
