...register.? Quit all at once, not 1 at a time (as with bulb failure). All the bulbs that should dim up & down - Speedometer, Tachometer, heater/blower - none light up when headlights switched on, and dimmer in any position.
The "neon" lights (PRNDL indicator, Compass, Radio/Clock display) do work and dim when headlights are turned on. The Dimmer dial switch does vary the "neon" lights when headlights are on.
Disturbing - cannot read how fast I'm going at night without turning on the dome light.
