2001 Chrysler Sebring, wiring?

I have a problem with my Sebring. At first the airbag light would come on when I hit a bump. Now it stays on all the time. I have also noticed lately that some times the horn doesn't work. Could the problem be something other than loose connections? Will this be expensive to fix? It is almost time for the safety inspection.
 
If the airbag light is on and the horn doesn't work the first thing to suspect is the "clockspring".That is an electrical connection between the steering wheel and the body.It acts like a tape measure,the circuit paths wind in and out as the wheel is turned.They sometimes fail.
