I have a 2001 venture and it is now overheating. This only happens when it is above 10 degrees Cecilius. It also only happens when sitting idling. When driving the temperature gauge goes down. I have looked under the hood and both cooling fans are not turning when the van is on and stopped. Does anyone know what could cause this and how much it may cost to fix, and if it is worth fixing?
