Radiator, heater core, thermostat, hoses, coolant level are all OK and not clogged up. One of the hoses going to the heater core will get warm but the other one stays cold. Heater was working some what but over time it gradually just got cooler and cooler until now just blows cold air. A/C and vents works fine. Any ideas?
