2001 Chevrolet Malibu 12V power outlet not working? ?

my 12V power outlet is not working is there a fuse for it and if where is it located.And is there a free online manual for this

the fuse panel tells u where the fuses are and what the fuses are for

YES THERE IS A FUSE JUST DRIVE TO A PARTS STORE AND THEY WILL SHOW YOU AND REPLACE A BAD FUSE IF THERE IS ONE BAD.
