2001 Buick LeSabre Limited....Holes???

(sorry about so many questions)On my 2001 Buick LeSabre Limited, on the wood grain trim, on the right of the steering colum, and on the left of the air control, there are these littel holes that go in a circle, and I have NO idea of what on Hevans Earth it is. Search on google images"buick lesabre steering wheel" and on page 18 at the bottom the pic"2005 Buick" with the black wheel is the right one, and on the right of the wheel you will see the small holes.All off the LeSabres made after 2000 have them. Please tell me what this is. Please and Thankyou
