I just changed the automatic transmission fluid in my 4 speed Corolla CE.
First, I unplugged the drain plug, let it drain, and replugged it. I then dropped the pan, and changed the filter. A total of 4.1 quarts came out.
My manual and Haynes book say to refill with 3.3 qts of fluid for a drain and refill. However, shouldn't I replace the 4.1 qts that came out?
