2000 Toyota Camry LXE with jerky low acceleration.?

When I give it regular or hard acceleration, I have no problems. With slow acceleration I get a jerky motion and the RPMS bounce 200 to 300 up and down. When I am coasting downhill I sometimes get that slight jerky feeling. I have replaces the MAS and fuel filter with no results. The computer reads no errors. Any help would be appreciated.
