with a used fuel pump I purchased at a junk yard. Since then the car has not started one time. That particular time the AAA guy got underneath the car, banged on the gas tank, and the car started. Does that mean that fuel pump is bad, and that I should put in a brand new fuel pump?
Have not had any problem with the car not starting since that one time. What do you think? A new fuel pump is $250. Plus $150 to put it in. I would like to make sure I need one before I spend the money. Also, I do not want to get stranded on the side of the road in this cold weather. Better safe than sorry.
