My 2000 wrangler with a 4.0 wont start. the starter won't make any sound. I pulled it and had it tested. it's fine. so I replaced the ignition switch, and relay. still nothing. all the other electricals come on when I turn the key but the starter won't do any thing. I can start it by conecting the points on the starter with a wrench. where do i go from here?
