2000 jeep wrangler connecting hardtop to jeep.?

I just bought a Jeep and it has the hardtop on it. But the lights or rear wiper is not working. I am sure it just needs plugged in but where?
 
Open the rear tailgate then the rear window of the hardtop. Look on the driver's side right beside the window where the hardtop meets the body. You should see a plug on wires coming out of the hardtop, and somewhere around there should be a matching plug coming out of the body nearby.
