You may have had water infiltrate the ignition system. Try opening up the hood and getting a garage fan to blow a volume of air over the motor and electronics for a couple/few hours. Then, see if you are getting a spark, you can buy a cheap spark check tool for this. If you are getting spark, then you will need to dig deeper. Definitely check for fuel contamination.
 
I use my Jeep during the winter - I get alot of snow where I live. I use another car for commuting.

So, the Jeep has not been used since last snow storm but I try to start it every other week or so and let it run for about a half hour. All summer - started perfect and ran nice. About a week ago - weak crank and battery seemed low on charge. Charged battery = strong crank but no start. Replaced sparkplugs = no change. Has plenty of gas & battery is less than a year old. It has been very rainy and damp where Jeep is parked - I don't know if that might have affected it.

Any ideas about what to try next?
 
We've seen a few Crankshaft Position Sensors fail on Jeeps. It's located on the driver's upper side of the transmission bell housing. With a long pry bar, lightly tap the sensor while an assistant tries cranking the engine. This sometimes will result in success, and confirm the fault. Also, if the fuel pump is failing, a few whacks on the fuel tank with a rubber mallet while assistant cranks can also result in success and confirm a fault. A cheap pocket OBD2 reader can also help point you in the right direction.
