2000 Honda accord question?

I own a 2000 Honda accord EX 4 cylinder 2.3L and have never had any problems. However, the light on the dash that indicates the parking/emergency brake is on has been lighting up randomly or refusing to turn off when the brake is not set. Anyone know what might be going on?
 
Your brake fluid level might be low. Please check and fill with brake fluid as soon as possible.
 
low on brake fluid. Yes it will go when that happens. better check it out before you have none and use the car in front of you to stop. if that is not it better take it to a shop right away.
