So I'm having a little difficulty with trying to figure out why my Check Engine Light will not come on. I was informed that it should come on when I turn the key , and since it won't come on, I cannot pass my inspection.
Engine: 2.5 liter 4 cylinder 8 spark plugs
The check engine light came on about a year ago and it was due to an EGR problem (valve and sensor), both these problems have been replaced and the light has not come on since.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I have disconnected the battery, thats where I thought I should start.
