2000 Dodge Neon (idle sputtering problem)?

Hi, I just bought a used Dodge neon yesterday. It has 79,000 miles. It runs fine for one exception. When idling at a stop light the idle starts to sputter. Maybe a clogged fuel filter? It had a recent oil change a few weeks ago according to previous owner. What could this sputtering be.
 
try cleaning your throttle body, the choke, the iac valve, the maf sensor, and change the fuel filter. if you start stalling you may wanna consider changing the fuel pump
