The light "capsule" is accessed from the engine compartment. Raise the hood and locate the wiring for the bulb you want to change. Rotate locking ring 1/4 turn counter-clockwise and slide off capsule socket. Gently wriggle socket as you pull out of headlight housing until capsule is clear. Remove capsule from socket and replace with new capsule. Installation is reverse of removal.
They can be a pain in the butt to remove sometimes but they do come out, take your time and be careful. They only fit into the housing in one position so align tabs carefully.
