One film that was eligible back in 2002 was Stuart Little, despite having plenty of live-action.
Up is a definite nominee, and I'd say it has 95% chance of winning. It may even be nominated for Best Picture, which will do nothing but help its chances. Ponyo is the only other film I believe has an actual chance of winning. The Academy loves Miyazaki, and I doubt they'll cheat him out of a nomination. Coraline and The Princess and The Frog are definite nominees.
As for 5th place, either Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs or Fantastic Mr. Fox. Maybe even one of the obscure movies.
