On Tuesday I hurt my back at work...I work at an Adult Foster Care Home in Oregon...
Question 1.) Since I hurt my back I have had an on going pain under my left shoulder blade..sometimes i can lift heavy things if my body is in a certain position. Moving my head down, right,and left hurt, i have heard its muscular, i have heard its a rib thing, nerve thing....anyone have advice?
Question 2.) I contacted my bosses yesterday...who are th OWNERS of the Adult Foster Care Home I work in about going to the doctor to have it looked at because I do not have insurance and since it happened at work, I asked about Workman's comp...my bosses reply was that because they are an Adult Foster Care Home they are "exempt" to workman's comp so they "do not have any ins for me" Do you think this is right/wrong? what should i do?!
