2 questions:bluetooth and VGA?

Bluetooth how do i connect my computer to bluetooth without opening it up my computer curently dos not have blue tooth is there a usb or something i can stick in it not in side but outside to give me bluetooth

VGA is there a way I can have 2 monitors going and have a connection outside the inside of the computer so i don't have to open it up so i can do one thing on one computer screen and do another thing on a another with out opening up
 
First: Yes. They cost $30 at walmart.

Second: No. You'll have to open the machine up to install a second video card, or upgrade to a dual output card (which still means opening it up.)
