I've just bought a HTC Smart on PAYG on o2.
I haven't topped up yet because I want to change tariff's to Text & Web, but when I try and text o2 for the tariff, I keep having errors when I try to send the message, even though it is free to send the text.
Do I need to top up first, or is there a problem with my phone?
And also, is Texts & Web even the right tariff if I want to use FriendStream on my phone?
Because I heard a rumor that FriendStream doesn't work on PAYG, but I'm not sure whether it's true or not...
I just don't want to waste my credit thats all...
Any help on this would be great thanks
