2 questions about African cichlid fish....plz help?

First question is what type of fish is this? ...http://www.versaquatics.com/images/RedTop_Zebra.JPG im talking about the blue with a little yellow on his top fin.


my second question is that i have a tank of cichlids.... my 2 biggest fish are the one in that link that i dont know the name to, and my second big fish is a pink peacock. they are both about 4 inches, the rest of my fish in there are only about 2 or 3 inches. i want to know if thos 2 big fish can mate with eachother, i want to know this because i saw them doing the "dance" cichlids do when they mate. they circled each other and shaked.. 2 days later i see that in the back of my tank the gravel is all pilled up ..there is a small 4 inch spot were the glass bottom is showing. i know that cichlids breed on flat surfaces...and iv seen my peacock swiming around there often. and when another cichlid comes by there he chases them away...is it possible that those to fish mated...and if not ...what are some other fish that they might have mated with...and what fish can peacock cichlids cross breed with ...thank you for your answers
from what i described does this sound like they breaded
 
1. that is an acae cichlid, a mbuna species. my petstore always has one.

2. any species of african cichlid can breed(the assorted cichlids you see are mixed breeds/muts) so yes they might have bred.
