2 preg tests saying negative but still late but im not stressed!!?

i had a period the 14th september and was due on the 12th october so i am over a week late. i spotted a browny blacky discharge blood for 3 days about a week and half after my period and also had a pain in my left ovary for a day about a week after spotting blood. i did a pregnancy test yesterday and it came up negative. i wouldnt no what being pregnant feels like as ive never been pregnant lol...but for about the past 10 days ive been feeling sick and thrown up twice i am also waking up in the middle of the night which i never do and eating like a pig lol and weeing like i have a bladder the size of a peanut lol! could there be any chance i am pregnant or am i just worrying?
 
When I was pregnant, the urine tests came out negative. I would go to the doc and get a blood test to make sure. It sounds like you are pregnant to me.
