Hi so I had my period 2 weeks ago..and i started again today.. the first one was on my normal every 3 weeks, so one week out of month then 3 weeks off..
only had sex once in the last month, and it was protected.
5 days ago i went on vacation to the mountains. i have been eating different, and i was in a dry sauna for over half an hour, then a hot tub, then swimming laps in the pool for 2 hours and then the steam sauna and back in the pool for a bit. when i was in my teens i had "boiled' my blood and would get head rushes, and dizzy for a year or two after once in awhile. but i havent had that happen since.
i am 21, i have never had this happen. to me
is it possible that my diet may be doing this or the change in enviroment?
any ideas what could be wrong?
I'm still on vacation and i am in the mountains hours from any town or city so just lookn for adivce before i can go to a doctor or if i have a chance.

my hair is veri longg and shinny, healthy, my skin is pal but its also glowing as i dont like going into the sun without prooper protection.
im around 140-150lbs i eat, and also work out a lot. (building muscle and water activities)

no not spending time with females but am in a large suit hotel thing with lots of females, maybe thats why too.. lol i would be in same as my mom and sister, as well as my cousin even though we only see each other once every week
