You could try the O2 Atom, but it's a PDA phone and will likely only be available where you live off-contract and be very expensive.
The only regular-shaped phones I know that fits the bill and are currently out are the Nokia N70 and N90. Even then you'll need to purchase a third party peice of software for $20 to play the .wma music files.
The first regular phone to be released with a 2MP camera and .wma built-in as standard should be the Nokia N91.
