gym now i weight 205 pounds? my goal is 185 pounds im at 205 now all the way down from 240 pounds, but my stomach is still the same size its not seeming to shrink any is there anything i can do to make this stupid fat go away i eat about 1100 calories a day about 10 g of fat 10-15 grams of sugar i eat alot of veggies all day oatmeal or 1 bananna a day but it still isnt going anywhere and im at my wits end please help me
