2 fifteen inch kicker comps or 1 15 inch kicker L5??? your opinions please?

Definately L5, for so many reasons to list

I would go for a L5 with my eyes closed. Two Comps 15 may sound not significantly louder at certain frequencies though at the expense of twice the box volume.
