2 day camping requirements?

Hi

i am preparing a 2 nights and 3 day camping trip. I would just like to know what the basic things i will need to carry out this trip.

I also need a basic layout of the food, drinks ect.

This trip is for 4 people. 2 meat eaters and 2 vegetarians.
2 males and 2 females.

The camp site will be located at a dam, no caravans given. Tents must be used.

Any info would be much a appreciated.
