2 amps 1 sub 4 speakers?

I have an amp that isnt bridge-able, so im going to run that to all my speakers (not the sub) and im picking up a bridge-able amp off my bro which im going to run the sub on. How would i set both amps up so when i turn the "Sub" option up on my head unit up it only turns the sub up and not all 4 speakers because both amps are connected?
