2 12" Kicker Comp CVR in a Sealed Box, or 2 12" MTX Thunder 5500 in a ported box?

The amp Im going to use for whichever I choose to get is a Kenwood 1800 Watt Max Class D Mono, Im just wondering, which subs would be louder, I know the Kickers have more RMS Wattage per sub, but since they are in a sealed box will they not be as loud as the MTX?
Which subs should I get?
