2 12" Insignia subs or 1 12" Memphis sub?

I have a 2x200w Hifonics Zeus amp.

I also have two 12" Insignia subs and one 12" Memphis sub. Would I get a better/louder sound from using both Insignias with 200w each or one Memphis with 400w to itself?
