1st cycle of clomid & duphaston, when should take test?

This is my first cycle of clomid after being diagnosed with pcos and having very irregular periods. I took it on days 5-9. My dr then prescribed me Duphaston for days 19-26. I am now on cycle day 30. Seen as i dont have a regular cycle, when should i take a test?
