1999 yamaha wouldnt start?

hi guys i need some help i tryed starting my bike for the first time after the winter it didnt start ,i had a look at the fuel i discouver they was no fuel i refuel and try starting again but still got the same problem i can hear the start relay clicking but the bike wouldnt start , i also increase the choke recharged the battery no change eventually after like 15 attemps the bike start leaking fuel from some part of the engine can some one help me on this
