when i turn the key to the 2nd position, everything works. the lights light up on the panel , my radio comes on, my car beeps to let me know im not wearing my seal bealt. everything is pretty much normal . but when i try to turn the car on , it makes a low humming sound , but it doesnt actually start. can somebody please tell me why ?
