1999 Toyota camry right headlight won't turn on?

Left headlight works fine.

Front right and left side works fine as well

All other lights works

But the right headlight won't turn on.

I'm guessing it's the right harness? Anyone?
Bulbs are good ( i tried them on the left side and it works)
