1999 Pontiac Montana will not start. Could this be caused by a faulty PCM? ?

Replaced both crankshaft position sensors since they did not clearly test.
Fuel pump works with a jumper wire at the relay. Continuity is good between the PCM and the fuel pump relay, 24x crankshaft position sensor, and camshaft position sensor. PCM gives a read error when using an OBD II scanner. Ignition control module and coils test good. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
