...attempts a to start(rpm raises) dies? 1999 pont Gd Prix 3800 engine would not start after a normal operation. The car ran absolutely fine when it was shut off. Ten minutes passed and the car would not restart. It hits just enough to raise rpm and dies. After car cooled from normal running. the car starts and runs terrific. I took the ignition control module out and had it tested. The ICM tested fine. Are there any known problems with this car?What and how are some other things I can check w/o taking to the shop?
